I ONCE WAS LOST....BUT NOW I'M FOUND...AND THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT. Roady was quite a challenge to rescue and earned his name by living on the road for many weeks before he could be caught. The first rescue he was brought to, turned him away, calling him feral so he was brought to us. What we found was a little man who had never been treated with any kindness by humans and was absolutely terrified but if you just pushed past his bluffs and fake outs, there was a really wonderful, sweet and sincere little guy under all that bravado. In foster Roady continues to bloom and gain confidence and trust. Just look at that tail. That is a dog who has found his inner bravery and decided not all people are mean, cruel and hurtful. He does great with other dogs and cats and has shown his foster mom that he can love people too. Under all that macho facade was a sweet little man who was just very very misunderstood. Roady is proving to be a good student of indoor living and is learning to do his business outside. He loves toys and playing with his foster brothers and will crate when needed too. All he needs is the chance to really grow and bloom in a loving and understanding home. At only five months old, he has many many years to get over his shyness and to become a brave and loving boy he was born to be.
